Dear Friends,
Kerala Samajam Dooravaninagar (regd) has always been in the forefront in mobilising and extending support and financial help to those who are in distress. Once again we have come forward to extend support to the relief and rehabilitation operations being undertaken for flood victims of Kerala and Karnataka. The following measures have been initiated and the funds thus mobilised will be donated to the Chief Ministers Distress Relief fund of both the states
.
1. The proceedings from this year's Onam Chantha which is being held from 21 to 24.
August in Jubilee school Vijinapura and Jubilee college NRI layout campuses.
2. Funds mobilised from the members and well wishers through Donation coupons.
3. Donations directly received in our Office and also Jubilee institutions in Vijinapura and NRI Layout Ramamurthynagar.
Apart from the above we have organised kiosks in our institution premises from 20th August onwards to receive donation in kind and the same will be handed over to the volunteers of KR Puram Zone of Kerala Samajam Bangalore who have undertaken a massive campaign to collect relief material in kind.
