Private Schools and Children Welfare Association (PSACWA) Karnataka along with Karnataka Un-Aided Minority School Management (KUMSMA) Association, Presided by Dr. Gulshad Ahmed B.Z will be on 'HUNGER STRIKE' on tomorrow the 15th December 2020 Tuesday, at Freedom Park, Bangalore from 10.00 AM to 5 PM,
The protest is to fight for the Fundamental Rights of teachers who are in trouble due to various reasons in connection with the closure of schools. The Managements of the Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary schools are facing unusual difficulties due to the closure in connection with the Covid pandemic.
“The leaders of various organizations representing School Managements and the Teachers has several times requested the Education Minister, Government of Karnataka to find a solution for the same. There was not even a verbal support from the Minister or the Government till today” said Dr. Afshad Ahmed B.Z. President - Private School and Children Welfare Association, Karnataka Chapter.
“Now we have no other go than calling for a protest against the Govt. Teachers and Management representatives of various institutions are assembling at Freedom Park tomorrow morning” He added
He also requested the School Managements, Principals, and teachers to join the protest following the Covid protocol effectively.
The leaders requested the Media representatives to provide their fullest support in this regard.
